You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. If a purchase is not a fit, contact us within 14 days for a review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. License to content
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the lessons. Redistribution or public performance of paid materials without permission is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Freshwood Keys and protected by applicable laws.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share paid content widely.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code.
- Respect others; harassment is not tolerated.

Our lessons provide education only. We do not guarantee particular performance outcomes. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Freshwood Keys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
